Xbox Series X 2024 Refresh. Without one key feature, the xbox series x refresh due in 2024 isn't pushing any buttons for me. An update to the xbox series x is in the works, and it comes without a disc drive.

Per the leak, the new cylindrical series x is planned for november 2024 with the same $499 price tag as the current console. It seems like microsoft is preparing for a mid generation refresh of the xbox series x and s consoles for release during august and october 2024, respectively.
